We recently had the most incredible experience at the Hilton Vilamoura in the stunning Algarve region. Now it's time to share how the details.
Let's start with the accommodation, shall we?
We stayed in their spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite on the top floor of the hotel. Talk about a treat! The suite boasted a cosy open-plan living room, a fully equipped built-in kitchen and the most stunning views of the manicured gardens and lush golf course.
The hotel is adjacent to the prestigious Dom Pedro Millennium Golf Course and waking up every morning to the picturesque views and sounds of the Algarve was nothing short of a dream.
Surely I can't be the only one who loves waking up to cloudless blue skies and the sounds of exotic wildlife?
One of our highlights with this property is its close proximity to the ocean.
So in addition to making use of the hotel's many facilities, we couldn't resist spending the afternoon at the nearby beaches.
Especially Praia da Coelha, where you can enjoy the sea breeze and sounds of the crashing waves and have a spot of lunch.
Location
We were impressed with the hotels' accessibility. After a short 3-hour flight from London Gatwick, we were quickly whisked away to this basis of luxury, ready to unwind and indulge in what became a truly memorable stay.
Only a 20-minute drive from the local airport in Faro, it made our journey to the Hilton Vilamoura a breeze. The property also boasts a private underground car park and we would recommend renting a car, we used OKMobility, the service was great and they offer complimentary airport pick-ups.

A convenient 24-hour reception for those late-night and early-morning flight arrivers, 24-hour gym and Portugal's largest spa!
Six pools with cascading waterfalls, swimming areas both indoor and outdoor as well as various dining locations and bars.
For the Parents: they have a kids' club

Your furry friends are allowed(weighing up to 34kg) and they provide treats, pet-friendly rooms, water and bedding, all for a small fee.

The Hilton Vilamoura is a perfect choice for families looking for a luxury hotel that caters to their needs all year round.
As well as couples seeking relaxation in a prime location and avid Golfers looking for the ultimate destination that combines luxury, relaxation and incredible golfing opportunities.
The spacious suite provides you with ample room for privacy and relaxation, and the on-site amenities ensured there was never a dull moment. The little one had a blast splashing around in the pool and exploring the on-site playground.
Overall, we can't recommend Hilton Vilamoura enough for hotel stayers seeking a luxurious and family-friendly experience.
